I have a 1999 ford explorerxlt. Power window on passenger side Button won't roll window down or up.it goes down only when the driver side button is pushed. What should I look for to fix?.Mahalo Traum.

Switch on the passenger side door is bad, probably. Check condition of contacts inside drivers side door before making a purchase. A multimeter makes the job easy.
