03 liberty what tells trany when 2 shift

03  liberty have transfer case issues but also seems as if trany wont up shift high rpm to do 2o mph pul shift down from drive 2nd then low feel no difference had a recent eletrical issue wanted 2 know if shifts where controled electronicailly i know it needs a trans case

confussed answered 9 years ago

found bad relay (do 2 a electrical issue caused be a battery charger) replaced relay back 2 normal
