replace your weathering trim on the door if it is cracked or just dried out)).

it appears that the front cowl drains thru the front door jamb as mine is clogged and water runs thru a manufacture hole in the jamb to the wire channel under the sill.

That could be and answer 7H7Y. I even took a garden hose and and let it run full blast into cowl on both sides, no leak. But I did notice a factory hole in the firewall which leads into the cowl. I can hose the entire vehicle down for an hour and no leak. Let a medium shower hit for a few minutes and the drivers side carpet is wet. About ready to begun using food coloring in a 5 gallon bucket and drench various areas and see what happens.
