Gmc yukon 2015 denali.. Power disable during running for 4 second

I am facing new problem in my gmc yukon 2015 denali..
Sometimes when the car is off and open it I can see
everything has been rest like time and date and showing
somthing about (ice) it's lime someone Pull-out the
terminals and put it back.  I don't know if someone have the
same problem

Problem resolve... Whoever have the same with my issue need to change the ground cable... Its may looks good but there somthing wrong about it. I discovered that copper from the inside had decomposed.
