Fuel pressure

10

Asked by Jeniamama Aug 10, 2017 at 06:47 PM about the 2000 GMC Yukon Denali 4WD

Question type: General

I changed my fuel pump and filter.  When I turn the key on
the fuel pressure goes to 14psi when in the book it is
supposed to be 56psi.  I checked all the lines and fittings.
When the pump and tank was down I got to that pressure
but when the tank and pump are strapped down I get the
14psi...has anyone else ever experienced this?  Please
help

Pinched gas line? Pinched or shorted electric/data wire? Properly grounded?
