blower position knob not working on 04 jeep liberty,how do i fix it

ac blows out of defrost port only wont come of dash or floor when knob is turned,is it vacume or electrical fuse+

The information I found said the mode door actuator is vacuum. Perhaps the temperature blend door is electrical but not the mode door.
