Cooling Fan

The electronic cooling fan only works with the air conditioning. Hi speed relay
and fuse are good. Just installed a new electronic temperature control sensor.
Power is getting to sensor. Should fan be replaced?

my fan wàs disconnected and now used directly. but I noticed that my engine is getting very hot
