I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty. I installed a new aftermarket radio and during testing the functionality of the radio it lost power connection then . I then tried to hook up the factory radio and it powered up then immediately shut off and now I cannot get either radio to power up when connected.

Have you checked your fuses? Also try to start your car. Is battery dead from doors being open during the installation process.
