99 ford explorer 5r55e transmission leak

99 explorer has a transmission leak from right above the oss. There seems to
be a cap/plug there and it is loose, when tranmission fluid is added it spills out
from the loose cap/plug. anyone know what that cap/plug is, and whether it
can can be replaced?
