How do the 2106, 2017, & 2018 F150 perform pulling a 14' horse trailer?

Not knowing the weight and what engine you have I will assume a 14' trailer is within the weight limits. I have an 02 F150 that can easily tow a 35' travel trailer. You should have no issues. Does your truck have the tow package? You will need trailer brakes too.

You'll want the 3.5 EcoBoost or good ol' 5.0 v8. Fun fact 2018 trucks have a 10 speed auto trans, makes towing easier.
