99 explorer fuel gauge

Hi, i removed my cluster to replace bulbs
and when i put it all together again the fuel
gauge wont move and of corse the low fuel
measage in my console now reads low fuel
and keeps beeping.

Go back and find what you didn't connect on the instrument cluster, if the only suspect is the fuel gauge. It was functional before the bulb change right?
