Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ignition coil failing causing rough running engine and misfiring. Appears to be
caused from moisture (water/ oil). How can I prevent this problem on 99
expedition? Are there gaskets one covers available?

If you can (not sure on that model coil pack but one f150) electric spray contact cleaner to dry it out and apply dielectric grease to keep it out, now if is or has access to your engine oil and needs a gasket which I do not know of then there must be another procedure to take.
