rpm goes up and down. Sometimes engine goes off. Somebody have a idea why ?

Bad EGR or throttle position scensor.

items to look at would be mass air flow sensor, idle air control motor, and fuel pump

dont forget your ECTS (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor)

ECTS wont cause his problem,all a bad one will do is give a false temp reading to computer and gaduge,yheir is one for both,but this is not his problem.

well im not going to argue with you about that one. it could also be an intake leak. check all your vacuum lines and intake manifold.
