Driving my automatic like a manual all day everyday

So because I have the power to shift from
1to 8gear...all I do is when I start my car ,I
shift to first gear abuse my truck like a
manual...and have not had any issues with
the MDS..on the freeway I'm already in 8 and
smooth sailing, but when I drive into
automatic the MDS is garbage..I always
drive vehicle like its a manual and it screams
like it should,the only problem I worry about
,is it gonna screw up my transmission buy
driving it this way..and suggestions on this
would be appreciated

As long as you don't abuse it I don't know how it could hurt the transmission.
