99 expedition start then dies

99 ford expedition was working fine until it was towed. Wnet to get it out of the impound but it wouldn't start. Had it towed to the house but still nothing. Bought new fuel filter, three batteries. and replaced relays. At first it was cranking but not turning over. Starting to turn over but dies. Digital odometer wasnt coming and it turn over. Now the ododmeter is on, battery is draining. Please help

Look for the fuel pump shut off switch... passenger side kick area... look for a reset button as it may of tripped
