1999 Ford Expedition Transmission

Asked by GuruVRLJK Sep 08, 2018 at 02:39 PM about the 1999 Ford Expedition 4 Dr Eddie Bauer SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition and recently it’s been
having transmission problems. It will run and drive
fine. No problems at all until you start from a stop
after driving for a little while. It will start fine and
then once you are moving for a little bit it will start
having random RPM spikes like the transmission is
slipping but it will drive fine every other time. Any
ideas what’s wrong??

I have same issue on my 2006 Expedition... no clue ... going to check transmission fluid levels first... good luck with yours!
