electrical issue on a 2017 jeep grand cherokee

Asked by GuruLXJCG Apr 03, 2019 at 09:46 AM about the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have had it to 2 dealerships and it is still an issue.
The first dealership told me there was no problem. The second said it was a
software upgrade that was needed. I paid one hundred for my deductible and
100 for my copayment and it was good for a couple of weeks. Now it is back.
It is part of a bigger issue, my radio fades in and out, my lights in the console
come on and go off and the dashboard goes out and comes on and my
passenger window goes down. I have had it back 3 times and they have not
charged me again, but the issue is still there.
