2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee radio problems

Car radio hasn’t been working the last couple days.
The screen works perfectly fine but there’s no audio
to it doesn’t matter if I’m on fm radio or connected
via blue tooth nothing works. I’ve tried restoring the
settings but still no luck. Any tips for this are very
much appreciated, thanks for your time.

Is there a mute button or mute setting? Maybe it got pushed by accident. Some vehicles have that feature. Hope that helps! Jim
