Dodge caravan sliding doors don't lock with Fob

My '17 Dodge caravan key fob won't lock the sliding
doors. When we press the lock button it locks the
from doors and trunk and sets the alarm, but the
sliding doors don't lock. When we open the sliding
doors the alarm goes off, but they still open.
