WHAT IS A DASH CLUSTER?  I AM HAVING BATTERY PROBLEMS WITH
MY SUBARU 2017 OUTBACK.  THE FIX SEEMS TO BE REPLACE THE
DASH CLUSTER.  WHAT IS A DASH CLUSTER?

It's where all of the gauges and warning lights are behind the steering wheel

That's ridiculous. All 2017 Subies need new non-OE batteries. Get thee to COSTCO and get a nice $80 25 or bigger 94 ($90) and end your troubles. Sigh....
