Lifter or injector tick?

Subaru said it's a noise flue Injector so I add  Rislone
4701 Fuel Injector Cleaner UCL but I still here it a car
guy told me it a lifter tick witch is it

Without listening to it I could not say. I doubt it is lifter tick as the Subaru engine does not have hydraulic lifters. If a valve was out of adjustment (loose) it could make noise.
