do i have to pay tax after i sold car to Cargus?

Cargurus doesn't buy or sell anything. They're an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. But to answer your question, when a vehicle is sold the buyer pays the sales tax. Not the seller. Hope that helps! Jim
