Fuse for cigarette lighter in console and next to steering wheel

Asked by Andrea Dec 22, 2019 at 05:16 PM about the 2017 Nissan Rogue SL AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Does anyone know which fuse is for the  cigarette lighter next to the steering wheel and the one in the console in a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL. I tried going to Auto Zone but they couldn't help me and I really don't want to go to Nissan. I know where the fuse boxes are just have no idea which one is for the lighters.

There is a panel on the end of your dashboard (driver side). It is accessible when you open the driver's door. It has to be pried off via a cut out towards the front bottom. When you get the panel off, rotate it to the right, and then it will show that the cigarette lighter fuse is a 20AMP fuse, top row, 3rd from the right (if I remember correctly). There should be a row on the very top that holds about 4 extra fuses.
