Cheve epica no crank no start

Our car won't start even not crank and battery is
working fine . Windows, light and everything
working good. It’s not trun on and not crank

U may have a bad starter or a bad relay or fuse. Also might be sometype of security thing. On the GM cars if there is a secerity problem the security light will blink when the key is on or accessory.
