Possibly the CVT transmission. Take it back to the dealership!

Did you ever get your Sentra fixed? I have a 2017 doing the same thing and I still have warranty. The dealership just called me and said they couldnt find anything a d they didnt hear anything. The grinding is in the front right. It does it when I accelerate, but not from a dead stop and not every time. You can feel it through the accelerator and my son can feel it and hear it when he is in the passenger seat.
