Air conditioner

When I turn on the air, there is a loud thump under the dash.

The thumping noise under the dash is caused by the blower motor probably hitting the basket that goes around it. The basket may have debree in it an the fan is hitting it making that thumping sound. An the blower motor itself may be going bad. It should be located underneath the glove box check it out an let us know! Good Luck.

2008 Dodge Ram Laramie 5.7 hemp blows cold passenger side blows cool driver side and make clunk sound added Freon fixed The problem air works fine now blows really cold 2/21/2018
