I have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo V6 3.2 automatic
transmission and it is slipping really bad still shifts
into gear but would like to know how to fix the
problem

Filter never been clean and fluid good

Try to replace transmission filter at the same replace shift solenoids . it worked for my 2000 Rodeo automatic 2wd with a 3.2 litre eng.

Change the transmission filter and fluid to get out all that is in the torqe converter remove the line going to the cooler at bottom of radiator drain in a large clear container until you see the color of the fluid red as it should be and not brown, make sure that you are reloading the fluid via a hose and large funnel that you don't run the trany dry this is a two man job. Isuzu Rodeo 2001 v6 41000 miles best four grand i ever spent after doing this procedure it's back like a beast

I have a 2000 isuzu rodeo Ls. With 3.2 v-6 transmission slips in the beginning then it will run fine. Will I have to replace trans. Suggestions from mechanic.
