dealer would not sell car for price listed on your site

Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie Md.  charged 2500.00 dollars for certified
warranty that was listed in Car Gargurus price. Over and above the listed
price.    
I bought the car on July23rd. Went back and mgmt. said you signed the
buyers
order that listed the extra charge. It is tuff to watch your adds and the dealer
