It's not important to add A/C oil after a complete recharge. Refrigerant gases can leak out but the oil remains mostly in the condenser, accumulator, and evaporator because it doesn't vaporize. The only time oil should be added is when you loose some by replacing one of the major components I mentioned. Some recharge kits included oil along with the 134a in a can. Adding oil won't hurt, but it isn't really necessary. A good question because oil lubricates the compressor and keeps the seals soft.
