Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,  I have a 2017 chrysler pacifica touring L
plus. At 30,856 miles i had to replace the battery as
I kept getting ser ice shifter error and the
dealership said the battery was bad. Is that a
common thing to go bad? Also since the mai
battery was replaced should I have the AUX battery
replaced also?

1 Answer

The battery was 4 years old and at the end of its life. Ask the dealer about the AUX battery but if it is lead acid it should be replaced too.
