2017 Ford Explorer will not start after battery and new alternator.

The battery of my 2017 Ford Explorer died.
We jumped it to the dealership 2 weeks ago
and they can not get it to start... it’s not the
starter or alternator..... they claim they need to
Call Corporate... any ideas...it only has 30,000
miles on it.

What is your definition of "won't start"....? IE, it cranks, but the engine will not start ?
