Is it worth buying Police interceptor Explorer
2017. The car has done 200k kilometers.

It depends on how much the price is. Since it's a retired police car, keep in mind of the electrical glitches it will have and also how cops max out the throttle in taking off.

if it was mine, the first thing I'd is replace the plugs / wires and pack the bearings. Very cheap items. Keep the oil out of the plug wells
