On my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. If I turn off my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and go back
to my car , the pairing is lost and I have to start all over. If I never turn off my
phone everything is ok

The first thing I would check and see is if there is an update for the car's audio system that can be performed and also make sure that the phone is up to date on firmware as well. I would then see if this happens with your phone only or any Android phone you test with to see if the issue is in the phone or car.
