My truck whines and jerks

My truck has start whining when I hit the gas. It
doesn't do it when I'm in neutral or parked and rev
the motor. Also if I'm cruising and go to hit the gas
my truck jerks and when I left off it jerks again

Must have a good transmission but not sure if it's going bad and might be going bad or might be good I don't know mine mine does the same thing...
