What could I have shorted out .

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When tightening the battery terminal. I touch the other
side with the wrench,  and it made a spark. Now my truck
wont turn on what wires do i check.

Go to the nearest parts store and have them charge it. It most likely drained every bit of amperage it had. If that doesn’t work it is a possibility that you blew a cell in the battery.
