I got a chevy 1500 4.3l v6 I was wondering if the
suspension would be able to handle a chevy 350
engine and transmission swap.

Yes it will hold up mist anything. I have the same 1996 c1500 . swapping the motor these weekend. Was my play truck 383.going to a daily drive 4,3 vortex.
