Rear axle

I want to put a locker in my rear axel
to make it a posi trac. Need to know
exactly what I have before I can buy
the locker.

Posi-Trac is nice but it can work against you trying to steer on wet/icy roads...truck will go straight. If you can get a switchable posi-lock, now that would be nice. Newer RWD trucks have a switchable rear diff and they are a really nice feature. I drove a plow truck with this feature. There was a warning buzzer above 25mph. And if you forgot to turn the Posi-lock off, you would never make it through the next turn.
