Towing capabilities

I have a 96 Silverado 4by4 that has a brand new
350 from JANL reman. I spun the 305, I'm looking
at buying a new fifth wheel that's 30ft How much
can I tow? What do I need to do to upgrade so this
will work? I could have bought any new truck I'm
just trying to be frugal for once!

I think a 30 foot trailer is too much for a half ton pickup. You should have bought a 3/4 ton.
