96 Chevy Silverado starts when it wants to

96 Chevy Silverado. Starts runs fine but if you shut
it off. Go to start it again all it does is crank over. I
put a new fuel pump in it but it still does it.

Sound,s like the distributor module may be bad,if truck crank,s and run,s good from cold crank then heats up cut off no crank,
