Why would my turn signals not work

I have a 1993 Chevy 1500 Z71, all my lights and
hazard lights work but no turn signals, have
changed everything I though it could be but still not
working

Did you check turn/backup fuse in fuse box? Not onl;y check the fuse, turn on the key and check voltage at the fuse, use test light? just my opinion.

Replace the turn signal relay on the vehicle. Usually it is found under the dash by the steering column. Ask your local parts store for the correct type and location. Plug and play installation.
