Did you check the shift linkage?

Yes i rebuilt the hole Linkage and re-set the shift arms

Try getting under the truck and manually shifting the transmission or have a helper shift while you watch under the truck.

It shifts into first geat just fine but when you let out the clutch its like its in second and the engine bogs down and you have to give it alot of gas for it to move. When it gets moving i can shift second and third just fine.

Maybe the transmission has an internal problem.

Did you install the clutch disc the right way flywheel side to flywheel side ??? Was the Clutch cover ( Pressure plate ) the same (three finger) ( diaphiam Raised or flat ) This makes a difference on which Throw-out bearing your going to have to use the long or short || GO BACK AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK

PS Drop the tranny and replace the clutch and pilot bearing

I never did any work inside the transmission or pulled it out. Im probably going to take it out today.
