Turn signals are solid when flip the blinkers

My turn signals are solid when I flip the left or right
blinker but my hazard lights are working properly. I
have replaced the turn signal switch and checked
the fuse it is still good. This just started about a
week ago up until then everything worked properly.
Any suggestions on what else could be causing
this to happen.

Could be a possible bad turn signal flasher, are the lights led or normal halogen bulbs
