Do you have spark? Is the fuel pump making a brief noise when turning on the key?

Your crankshaft position sensor tells the ECM to put power to the relay that allows power to the pump. Put a multimeter at the two prong connector going to the pump and turn the key if you do not get voltage the crankshaft sensor is out.

EVAP canister purge valve. My 01 Qx4 wouldn’t start as well. And I knew it had to do with the fuel system.. so i replaced that. And it started. It’s been like 2 months and i now have to replace my fuel pump. (Won’t start if I have more than a 1/4 tank of gas). Hope that helps
