I just Googled "1981 3.3 6cyl. Ford Granada Fuel sending unit" and got several sources. Do that and check eBay

Same here I saw a lot of mechanical pumps. If yours is electric and do not find a oem can go the performance route and put a electric pump mounted on frame rail and install on the fuel line and pull fuel threw the old in tank pump.
