My G35 tire continues to lose air and goes flat no matter how much air i put in. I have changed the tire and I also check the rims. What else could it be?

I'll bet the answer has to do with the rim , could be cracked in the middle of the rim where the rim faces the inside of the mounted tire...I have seen tire repair shops depending on the size and length of these hairline cracks/Fractures ..Super Glue can work wonders.....
