i installed a new battery in my 2003 corvette, but everything still dead. do you
think it maybe a fuse.

Maybe a fuse, you can check them. I would bet it is a short somewhere, especially since the vehicle probably sits a long time.

    dead battery after install of new alternator and new battery and the lcd 5amp fuse is drawing power.
