How to fix my Infiniti g35

I have a 2005 Infiniti g35 coupe and I bought
a new Climate Congo unit and when I hooked
it up only my rear defroster work no other
bottons work but only my rear defroster so
can somebody help me figure this out

It appears that switch is only functional in one mode . I would seek a refund. Or swap it for another one. If the same symptoms persist you will need to start testing the different circuits for proper connectivity , voltages and resistance
