I went and got a oil change and the next day I
transmission went out, is it possible they drain my
transmission better than drain the oil out of my
engine?

They'd have to be incredibly incompetent to have done that! In all seriousness, that isn't very likely to happen, as you have to remove the transmission pan. You'll have to determine the nature of the transmission failure to determine how it failed.
