Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While driving, usually at about 40-50 the trucks
RPMs surge repeatedly from 1500-1800 bounce
bounce bounce and the truck surges while it
happens feels like losing power. Then it’s fine.
Happens a lot but random. Have had a ton of work
done. Brand new 350 Crate motor from Jegs.
Replaced fuel injectors, idle air control valve,
throttle position sensor, fuel pressure regulator,
upper and lower intake gaskets, brand new ignition
coil, all 4 new O2 sensors. Had the timing fixed
properly after engine install. No clue what else it
could be I’ve tried so much.
