Question type: Car Customization

Pontiac 400 6x heads, .600 lift cam, roller
rockers,  edelbrock air gap intake, port and
polish.  Estimated hp right now 350hp 375-
450 tq. My goal is 450-500 hp and. 500-650
tq. I have seen decent priced forged crank,
flat top and connecting rod kits. I was
curious what kind of gain one of those kits
would gain me with my current set up, and
than my other question is how can I achieve
my hp/tq goal stay naturally aspirated. I
intend to run 110 octane and convert to a
Holley avenger fuel injection set up.

For your goals I think you need different cylinder heads with larger valves and screwed in studs and guide plates will be a must have. Before deciding on rotating assembly and pistons a decision on which heads you will use will need to be made as the pistons need to be matched to the heads combustion chamber size to determine compression ratio. Your engine at the power level you want might not be very street-able. Also the entire rotating assembly will need to be balanced. Also carburation will need to be somewhere in the 750 to 850 cfm range.

If I went the fuel injection route what lbs injectors would you recommend. I am currently working so I haven't gotten a chance to preview your program.

I would not make any recommendations. You need an expert in performance engine building and a pocket full of money to achieve what you are wanting.
